Return In Case of Damaged or Wrong Product Received
In case you get defective items or different from the display image so you can request for replacement or return by contacting our customer service. Please send us the photo of your purchased items within 12 hours of receiving the parcel at our email address at care@jewelly.in or contact us on our Whatsapp number +8595673491. If you encounter any issues related to defect/ damages and size, the complaint must be registered within 12 hours or else we consider your complaint void.
Return Without Any Question/Reason
We are providing a NO QUESTION RETURN option to our customers and they can request a return without giving any reason. the customer can request a return or replacement here.
The no question return option will be chargeable and you will have to pay a minimum amount of Rs.50 to book a NO QUESTION RETURN request, which will be nonrefundable.
Return Product Condition
Return or replacement will be accepted and refund or replacement will be given only after the product condition will meet the below condition requirement.
All the items must be returned in their original sale conditions. The product should be unworn and in perfect condition, including the actual pouch, label or box provided. Any items purchased during ‘SALE’ from our website are non-returnable. Customers are prior notified at the time of purchase that these items are non-refundable.

We would be glad to replace in case of issues, but replacements are subject to availability. We accept one request per product. In case, if the seller is not able to complete a replacement request, a refund would be given on the bank account or payment wallet.
