Shipping Charges
Orders above Rs.400 are liable for free shipping while for orders below Rs.400, we provide a minimal fee of Rs.40 as shipping and handling charges.
Advance Cash on Delivery Charges
To prevent our product from the fake orders we charge a minimal advance payment of Rs 20 as COD charges and that is non-refundable in a case of order return by the customer without receiving it.
Deliver Outside India
Currently we are not delivering any product outside India.
Delivery
At Jewelly.in, we do everything to ensure that your order is delivered to you promptly. All the stock will be ready to ship so the order will be shipped within 1 or 2 working days after a proper quality check. The standard delivery takes about 3 to 5 working days after being shipped from our warehouse.
We collaborate with courier companies or postal authorities for the consignment delivery. In case if there is a delay from the courier company, we are not liable for delay and delivery caused by the courier company. However, we try our best that your product should reach you on time. If you find there is damage to the box or seal is broken, do not open the box and kindly contact customer care immediately.
Tracking order
You would be provided with a tracking number that is AWB number on your parcel. AWB number and link for tracking website would be mailed you once we dispatch the order.
